I must tell you that my Portuguese is very limited. Could you send your request in English again? Looking at the pictures on the link that you sent, I assume that we are dealing with a complaint. Perhaps you can put it into words and specify which problems have been occuring. Once I have a description of the problems with exact beach names I can get into contact with our office in Lisbon who will investigate the issue.
For your information, the 2008 Blue Flag season will start again in June. If those beaches do not manage to live up to the Blue Flag standard by then, they will not be flying the Blue Flag.
